Angioma cavernosa
Ho 32 anni, vivo in Romania e voglio sapere se il diagnostico "Angioma cavernosa" richiede un atto chirurgicale: The cranio-cerebral MRI examination before and after iv contrast administartion reveals: -intrathalamic mass on the right side extended through adhesio intertalamica toward the left side, with a maximum diameter of 17 mm; “salt and pepper aspect”, hypo/hypersignal in T1 and T2-w images, lack of the signal in T1*, with poor contrast enhancement, without perilesional edema; - simmetrical, normal positioned ventricular system; - median anatomical structures in normal position. CONCLUSION Thalamic mass suggesting an intrathalamic cavernous angioma (cavernoma). Garazie milleRisposta del 05 marzo 2007

Sicuramente, poichè il rischio è la possibilità di sanguinamento. Ne parli con un neurochirurgo.
